BILT On-Market Property Filter

1 Upload a list of properties from either batch leads / propstream / propwire, etc. into the 'Properties' Sheet

2 Make sure all your headers are correct based on the example above.

3 (Optional) Sort Asking Price column, and remove any properties less than $15,000, usually these are rentals.

4 Click on Menu : BILT On-Market Property FIlter

5 Click on Step 1: Generate Zillow Links

- This will check give you Zillow Links for each property

6 Click on Step 2: Fetch Zillow Status

- This will check Zillow for any properties that are "Sold" or "Off Market"

- You might need to run this step multiple times, if you have more than 100 properties

7 Click on Step 3: Filter & Transfer

- The Filtered Properties will show up in the 'Filtered Properties' Sheet without "Sold" or "Off Market"

8 Click on Step 4: Cross Check Scrubbed Agents

- If this is your first time, you may not see a difference.

- The goal here is to check your master list of agents that you have already cleaned and scrubbed so you do not have to scrub them again.

- Data will poplulate in 2 Sheets below:

- Sheet 'Go Scrub" : Which litterally means go scrub that data

- Sheet 'Ready to Upload' : These are ready to upload into your BILT EZ LOI CRM

9 Go Clean the Remaining Data then come back and update into the Sheet 'Go Scrub'

- Do not click on the next automation unless you know the data is clean, or you will insert bad data into your master list & ready to upload list

10 Click on Step 5: Organize Data

- When you do that the Sheet 'Go Scrub' will start emptying out into the Sheet 'Ready to Upload'

- It will also take all the agents information that is clean and add them to your Sheet 'Master Scrubbed' for future filteration.

11 Export the data from Sheet 'Ready to Upload' & Upload into your BILT EZ LOI CRM
