
Getting Started Checklist
FOLLOW THIS QUICK START GUIDE TO CONFIGURE YOUR BILT CRM. CLICK THE TITLE TO GOTO THAT SPECIFIC TRAINING MODULE FOR MORE DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS.

1. FILL OUT COMPANY DETAILS IN THE CRM SETTINGS
Inside the CRM, Click: SETTINGS (bottom left of CRM) Then, Goto: BUSINESS PROFILE. Fill out all fields in GENERAL INFORMATION, BUSINESS PHYSICAL ADDRESS & BUSINESS INFORMATION.
2. LINK DOMAINS
Inside the CRM, Goto: SETTINGS (bottom left of CRM) Then, Goto: DOMAINS Add your DOMAIN(S).
3. BUY YOUR PHONE NUMBERS
Inside the CRM, Goto: SETTINGS (bottom left of CRM) Then Goto: PHONE NUMBERS. Click “+ Add Number” at the top right of the CRM. Search for the number(s) you want to use and purchase.
4. LINK YOUR EMAILS
Inside the CRM, Goto: SETTINGS (bottom left of CRM) Then Goto: MAIL SERVICES. Goto “SMTP Service” section and click “+ Add Service” located at the top right of CRM. Follow prompts to add emails.
5. DECIDE YOUR BUSINESS MODEL
During ONBOARDING, your BILT rep will guide you in choosing the right business model for your CRM and help with implementing that model into the CRM.

SUPPORT
The fastest and BEST way to get support is by sending us a ticket via our support center! Do not leave us a ticket with "call me" or "help". Send us a detailed ticket about your issue so that our team can be fully prepared time wise as well as making sure the RIGHT person reaches out to you. We all know how to use BILT CRM but some are stronger at certain things than others!

Click on Training & Support in the Menu Bar in BILT CRM. 2. Go to www.BILTcrm.com/support 3. Go to www.BILTcrm.com and click on the SUPPORT option in the top right hand corner.
TRAINING
When you first purchased you got an email (same time as your welcome email) with your login credentials to the training center which if you are reading this you did get worked out!
Click on QUESTION MARK ? in the TOP RIGHT HAND CORNER for the HELP LIBRARY (Has many videos, walkthrough, and a search feature for many of the most asked questions
Click on TRAINING & SUPPORT in the top left of the menu bar in BILT CRM and click on the Knowledge Base. Same thing as the help library, where it has lots of walkthroughs, videos, and explanations about the most asked questions and also has a search feature.
BILLING
If you need help with billing you can add or update any payment information in the BILT CRM in the SETTINGS menu.
CANCELLATION
To cancel (which you can at ANYTIME) please send us a SUPPORT TICKET and ask to cancel. All requests (done before our support closes at 9) will be done the same day. Please make sure to delete your phone numbers as well if you want to make sure no more rebills happen on your account. OR go to www.BILTcrm.com/cancel and fill out the form!!
