How to Change the Currency Type

You can select or update the currency in your account by choosing the country associated with that specific currency. If your country is set to the United States, the default currency will be USD. To change the currency, simply update the country setting.

Follow these steps to update the currency:

  • Go to the Settings tab and select Business Info.

  • On the right side, under Business Physical Address, update the country.

  • Click "Update Address" to save the changes.

Please note that it might take some time to update the country. Logging out and back into your account can help refresh the currency settings.

Multi-Currency Support for Product Creation and Payments

With multi-currency support, you can now create products and accept payments in your preferred currency. This feature allows you to:

  • Select any currency while creating products, invoices, or Text2Pay links, regardless of your business's country setting.

  • Target products towards specific geographies.

  • Send invoices to customers in different countries.

  • Create products in the preferred currency, send one-time or recurring invoices, and use Text2Pay links based on the contact’s country and currency.

  • Charge cards directly from the contacts list page in any chosen currency.
