How to Use a Form or Survey Template

Using a form or survey template saves time and effort, as it provides a ready-made structure designed by experts for effectiveness and user-friendliness. It ensures consistency and professionalism, while still allowing customization to meet specific needs. This approach is efficient and practical, particularly for those without advanced design skills.

Steps:

Navigate to Sites > Forms/Surveys
Click on the “+ Add Form” or “+ Add Survey” button on the top right corner
Choose the option to ‘Choose from Template’

Choose a template of your choice from the library and hit the continue button

Make the desired changes and then hit the “Save” button

You can now use this template as needed in the future.
