Steps to Add or Remove Contact Follower

Step 1: Navigate into Automation

  • Navigate to Automation from the menu.

  • Select "Create Workflow" and Choose "Start From Scratch" 

  • Within the "Contact" category, you'll find two options:

    • "Add Contact Follower" - Use this to assign specific users as followers to a contact.

    • "Remove Contact Follower" - Use this to remove chosen followers or all followers from a contact.

Step 2 : for adding followers

  • Select the "Add Contact Follower" action.

  • Configure the action by specifying:

    • The contact you want to add followers to.

    • The user you want to designate as followers (you might have a list or selection option).

Step 3 :for removing followers

  • Select the "Remove Contact Follower" action (separate from adding followers).

  • Configure the action by specifying:

    • The contact whose followers you want to manage.

    • Choose between removing specific followers (by selecting them) or removing all followers.
