
Workflow Action: Add or Remove Contact Followers
This functionality streamlines contact follower management within the CRM by automating the addition and removal of designated users. This eliminates manual intervention, enhancing overall operational efficiency
Steps to Add or Remove Contact Follower
Step 1: Navigate into Automation
Navigate to Automation from the menu.
Select "Create Workflow" and Choose "Start From Scratch"
Within the "Contact" category, you'll find two options:
"Add Contact Follower" - Use this to assign specific users as followers to a contact.
"Remove Contact Follower" - Use this to remove chosen followers or all followers from a contact.
Step 2 : for adding followers
Select the "Add Contact Follower" action.
Configure the action by specifying:
The contact you want to add followers to.
The user you want to designate as followers (you might have a list or selection option).
Step 3 :for removing followers
Select the "Remove Contact Follower" action (separate from adding followers).
Configure the action by specifying:
The contact whose followers you want to manage.
Choose between removing specific followers (by selecting them) or removing all followers.
