Workflow Action: Remove From All Workflows

July 30, 20241 min read

In this article, you will learn more about the Remove From All Workflows action.

This action will allow you to remove your leads from all the workflows they are currently in. This is helpful in case you need to stop all upcoming conversations with the lead, in case this lead has reached another step and you want to remove from all the workflows to send them to another one, to mention a few case examples.

What you will need:

  • A workflow

Step 1: Edit or create a workflow

  • Select the trigger you will need and save

  • In case you need to add more steps before removing the leads from all workflows, do that

Step 2: Add the Remove From All Workflows action

  • Add the action “Remove from all workflows”

  • You can toggle on/off the option to remove the leads from this workflow as well

  • Once your actions are completed, publish the workflow and save.

He built a cutting-edge real estate CRM because manually chasing leads is so last century. Specializing in creative finance, deal structuring, and making things unnecessarily efficient, he helps investors close more deals while doing less actual work. When he's not automating the real estate world, he’s probably pretending to work while staring at spreadsheets or convincing himself that buying another domain name is a good idea.
