Once uploaded, the system takes over by efficiently sending out Letters of Intent (LOIs) and offers to these leads. The waiting game begins as responses start to roll in, and this is where our system truly shines.

A portion of the responses will be less than positive. However, these negative responses aren't discarded. They are meticulously processed back into the follow-up chain, categorized as 'rejected'.
