Within a Workflow, you may want to make changes and reorder one or multiple actions. Rather than deleting and recreating the action(s) you can move one or multiple actions to another portion of your Workflow.
Using the Bulk Actions features in your Contacts/Smart Lists section, you can perform multiple one-off actions to selected or all contacts.
Duplicating, or cloning, a Workflow can save you time if you wish to create a new Workflow that’s similar to one you already have. Perhaps you have a Workflow already built and you want to create another one with a comparable setup.
This tutorial will cover the “Edit Conversation” action in Workflows. This action allows you to mark items as read or unread, and choose whether to archive or unarchive Conversations, giving you more control over your communication with your leads.
