This survey includes fields for inputting addresses, labeling descriptions, and entering financial amounts, among others. Users then choose a closing date, referred to as Clos Avesco, which ensures all contract specifics are captured precisely.

Once the survey is completed and submitted, all entered details are automatically populated into the respective contracts. These contracts are then distributed for signatures among all necessary parties, such as users, sellers, agents, or lenders, and cover a range of agreements including Joint Venture (JV) agreements and lender agreements like promissory notes.
