During this crucial initial period, the new team member is immersed in our methodology by watching instructional videos. This approach is designed to encourage them to develop their own Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). We steer clear of simply handing over pre-written SOPs. This ensures that our team members are truly grasping the concepts rather than just following a script. By crafting their SOPs, they gain a deeper understanding of their roles, preparing them for any challenges.
This personalized approach proved immensely successful. Our recent hire, after a week of self-guided learning, not only comprehended everything thoroughly but also displayed remarkable initiative by effectively recruiting right away.
